Update on the Current Situation from the Haifa Municipality
Increased Vigilance:
Residents of the city are asked to be extremely cautious and stay away from rocket impact sites. The police remind you: avoid large gatherings in impact zones, do not photograph rocket debris, and do not publish information about strike locations. If you suspect a rocket or debris has fallen, immediately call the police at 100.
Follow the Instructions of the Home Front Command:
When you hear alarm sounds, enter a protected space within one minute and stay there for at least 10 minutes. It is dangerous to go outside and take photos during an alert — this can threaten your life!
88% of Students Connected to Remote Classes:
Yesterday, 88% of schoolchildren in the city participated in remote lessons. Distance learning continues according to the instructions of the Home Front Command.
Two More Temporary Care Groups Opened:
Today, additional care groups for the children of healthcare workers and emergency service personnel have been opened. A total of 8 such groups are operating in the city, where children aged 3 to 12 are in the reliable hands of trained educators.
