Dear friends, in these difficult times, when the situation may cause anxiety and concern, it is important to remember that you are not alone. The Haifa Municipality and “Beit Ole” are always here to support you and your loved ones!
If you feel fear or anxiety — it is normal. It is important to share your feelings and seek support. Our psychologists and volunteers are ready to listen to you and help you cope with these emotions. Contact the hotline at 106 — we are here to help.
Remember that all recommendations from the Home Front Command are aimed at ensuring your safety. Take the time to discuss with your family, especially with children, what to do in case of an emergency, and stay in touch with friends and loved ones — communication helps reduce anxiety.
For your convenience, we have prepared a few simple tips:
- Talk to your children. Explain to them what is happening in simple words and reassure them — these are temporary measures for our shared safety.
- Follow the instructions of the Home Front Command. Keep necessary documents and items handy, and stay updated through official channels.
- Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Breathe deeply, take breaks, and try to maintain your usual routine as much as possible.
- Support those around you. Sometimes a simple “How are you?” can greatly help others.
If you need additional information or support — call 106. Our municipality is ready to assist at any time.
We are together, and this too shall pass. It is important now to care for one another and stay connected!
