The Home Front Command has updated the alert procedure for missile attacks from Iran ():
- Approximately 10 minutes before a missile launch, a preliminary instruction will be published to prepare for entering a protected space.
- Upon receiving an alarm signal, immediately enter a protected space according to the allocated time for sheltering.
- Leaving the shelter is permitted only after receiving an official notification that the danger has passed.
An is attached, indicating all available protected spaces in the city—bomb shelters, underground parking lots, schools, Migunot, and “Carmelit” stations.
A special official website in English has been created for Haifa residents with information on actions during emergencies: a list of underground parking lots that can be used as shelters; a list of municipal bomb shelters; an updated list of open schools functioning as protected spaces.

- By order of Mayor Yona Yahav, the Haifa Municipality has temporarily suspended parking control and fines for parking in blue-and-white marked areas until further notice.
