To participate in the program, you must:
- Complete an ulpan at level “Aleph” or higher.
- Provide a diploma to the advisor from the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
You can find a suitable course:
- On the website of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
- Independently, by contacting the course organizers. Note that information may change quickly.

- Contact the organization conducting the course and confirm whether they work with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
- Obtain the necessary documents from the course organizers:
- Information about the educational institution.
- Course name.
- Start and end dates of the course.
- Course program.
- Course cost.
- Documents “Ishur Pikuach” or “Itchayvut Le Asama”.
- If the organization works with the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration, they should already have all the necessary documents. If not, it will take time to prepare them.
After receiving all the documents:
- Contact your advisor at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration through your online personal account:
- Select the option “Contact an Advisor”.
- Create a new inquiry.
- Specify the subject of the inquiry: “Voucher Course”.
- Convert the documents to PDF format. You can use online converters (e.g., via Google).
- Rename the files using only numbers or English letters without spaces or special characters.
- Attach the documents to the application.
After submitting the application:
- Your advisor will check whether you are eligible for the “voucher course”.
- Ensure that the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration works with the chosen educational institution.
- If the organization is not on the approved list, the documents will be sent to a commission for consideration of subsidy possibilities.
